RedPeak Achieves Superior Scores in Resident Satisfaction Study
RedPeak Properties achieved superior scores in an inaugural Resident Satisfaction Study
administered by SatisFacts, the apartment industry’s premier resident satisfaction research
provider and authority on resident retention. RedPeak scored an overall portfolio average of
4.05 – outperforming the SatisFacts national benchmark index comprising several hundreds
of thousands of apartments nationwide and placing the company in SatisFacts’ superior category.
RedPeak Appoints Jonathan Brahmer as Its Investment Director
RedPeak announced that Jonathan Brahmer has joined its team as Investment Director.
In this role, Mr. Brahmer is responsible for the company's investment and acquisition
activities. "Jonathan's expertise in real estate finance adds new dimension to RedPeak's

into Built Green Colorado's multifamily pilot program. As part of the pilot, RedPeak will
implement green standards designed to increase energy efficiency by 15% above code.
