At RedPeak, we understand that as important as they are, things like making your rent payment, submitting service requests or signing up for renters insurance can be, well, a nuisance. That’s why we designed easy, online tools for handling those tasks.


Pay Rent Online

Here’s what you need to pay your rent online:

  1. A valid email address
  2. Your checking account and bank routing numbers
  3. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (if you’d like to pay via credit card)
  4. A letter from your community team with your Resident ID:
    • To pay your rent online, you will need to enter your personal information exactly as it appears in our property management system. You will also need your Resident ID number, which is a unique identifier that connects you to your account and apartment information.
    • Your community team will send out a letter with this information
    • Don’t have the letter? Call or email your community to request this information

Pay Your Rent Online in 5 Easy Steps:

  1. Click Pay Your Rent Online Now (please note you will navigate to a secure, third-party payment processing site)
  2. Click Enroll on the home page and enter your Resident ID information
  3. Select a one-time or recurring payment
  4. Choose your payment method:
    • Pay via an electronic withdrawal from your checking account at no charge
    • Pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for a small convenience fee
  5. Enter your account or credit card information
  6. Submit your payment

Done and done! Say goodbye to your rent check and hello to the peace of mind that comes from knowing your rent is paid on time, no matter where you are on the first of the month!

Like you, we want everything in your apartment to be in perfect working order. We’re happy to take your service requests over the phone or in person, but we also offer a convenient online option. And regardless of how you contact us, you can count on a response within one business day. In situations where parts must be ordered or more extensive service is required, we’ll keep you well informed about how the project is progressing.

RedPeak Perks

RedPeak residents are automatically enrolled in the RedPeak Perks program. You recieve an ID card that can be presented at participating merchants to get exclusive deals and discounts.

Information on participating merchants is easily accessed through the Perks page at www.redpeak.com/perks. When visiting a participating business, reaping the benefits of RedPeak Perks is as simple as pulling out your membership ID card.

Renter’s Insurance

Peace of mind for less than $1 per day.

You may not own the place where you live, but you do own and value the things inside it. That’s why we require that all residents carry renters insurance. If the contents of your apartment are damaged, renters insurance will help recover the cost of your loss.

Renters insurance is also surprisingly affordable – you can buy protection for less than $1 a day – and your premium is just a fraction of any replacement costs you would incur in the wake of an unexpected event.

You may purchase renters insurance from any insurance company you choose. You may also take advantage of special rates on renters insurance offered through erenterplan.com, a leading provider of renters insurance to the apartment industry.

What’s more, you can pick the payment plan that works best for you (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually) and even have your premiums paid via credit card or checking account debit. You will also have the peace of mind of an automatic renewal when your policy expires.

Before or on your move-in day:

You will need to provide proof of renters insurance, including liability and personal property coverage. Remember, you may purchase renters insurance from any company you choose. Just be sure to provide your proof of insurance before or on your move-in day.
