Reserving your next apartment online at RedPeak.com is easy, fast and secure. Before you get started, you’ll want to make sure you have the following information for everyone who will be living in the apartment:

• First and last name

• Social security number

• Date of birth

• Current income

• Current address

• A valid Visa or MasterCard to pay the application fee(s) and security deposit

Once you have that information, you're ready to get started. You can reserve your next apartment online in as little as 15 minutes! Here's how it works:

Step 1: Find the perfect apartment

• Search our great apartments in great locations in Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek, the Denver Tech Center, Littleton, Glendale, Cheesman Park, Thornton, Federal Heights or Colorado Springs.

• View floor Plans and pricing and see what apartments are available, all in real-time.

• When you find an apartment you like, click on the Reserve This Apartment Now! link.

Step 2: Confirm your lease term and enter occupants

• Confirm your lease term and move-in date

• Tell us who will be living in the apartment, including minor children and pets

Step 3: Complete your credit application(s)

• Everyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment will need to satisfactorily complete a credit application

Step 4: Pay today’s charges

• You will need to pay an application fee for everyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment as well as any security deposits

• Please note that security deposits are refundable within 72 hours

Step 5: Reserve your apartment

• Congratulations! You just reserved your next apartment online at RedPeak.com.

• Here's what you can expect next:

• You will receive an email comfirming the aspects of your lease.

• One of our Leasing Specialists will call you to arrange a time to complete the paperwork for your new apartment and to schedule your move-in date. Please remember that everyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment will need to complete paperwork and show a valid, government-issued ID.
