If you lose your job, you don’t need to lose your shirt.

Hey, we’re all concerned about job security these days. If you were
to be laid off from your job and you’ve lived with us for at least six
months, we will let you out of our lease and waive any lease break
fees. What’s more, we’ll also waive the need to repay any specials
you earned on your lease.

We understand that today’s economy also creates opportunities to get
a great deal on real estate. If you do decide to purchase a home or condo,
we will let you out of your lease and waive any lease break fees (although
any specials you earned will need to be repaid, as stated in our lease
