Live smoke-free at The Seasons of Cherry Creek

When RedPeak decided to build its 148 new apartments at The Seasons of Cherry Creek following green standards designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste, we decided to offer 100% smoke-free living at these new apartments as well.

Smoke-free living is a natural extension of green living. Not only does it help us maintain air quality within the building, offering non-smoking apartments significantly reduces wear and tear on things like carpeting and paint, and dramatically reduces the need for heavy-duty chemicals to clean the apartments and social spaces.

Smoking is still allowed in our existing two buildings.  However, in our new building, smoking is prohibited by residents and their guests inside the apartments, on balconies, throughout the building and within 15-feet of the new building.
