With Wagon Trail Park right in your backyard, long, lazy strolls with a wagging tail right beside you can be an everyday treat. In fact, Cottonwood Creek has become so popular with pet lovers we are currently drawing up plans for our highly anticipated new dog park! Stop in and see why our residents and their pets alike, wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else.

We welcome up to two of your your beloved pets to join you in your new home, but realize they can be messy! Therefore, a fee will be assessed for all furry friends.

Our pet fees are as follows:

 - Dogs: $300 fee assessed at move-in and $35 per month.
 - Cats: $275 fee assessed at move-in and $25 per month.
