Pet Friendly Apartments

One of the many reasons our residents love living at 970 Pennsylvania is the close proximity to Cheesman Park, Downtown Denver and the Cherry Creek Trail.  In addition, you and your canine buddy can explore several other surrounding parks with plenty of open spaces to “sniff out!” 

Our pet friendly apartments in Capitol Hill are the perfect homes for pet owners!  We will welcome up to two of your beloved pets to join you in your new home!

Our pet fees are as follows:

 - Dogs: $300 fee assessed at move-in and $30 per month.
 - Cats: $200 fee assessed at move-in and $20 per month.
