Pet Friendly Apartments

One of the perks of living in the Governor’s Park area is having a handful of parks in your backyard!  Our pet friendly apartments in Governor’s Park are the perfect homes for pet owners!  We will welcome up to two of your beloved pets to join you in your new home!

Our pet fees are as follows:

  – Dogs: $300 fee assessed at move-in and $30 per month.
  – Cats: $200 fee assessed at move-in and $20 per month.
