Pet Friendly Apartments

There truly couldn’t be a more ideal location for the pet lover than 3400 apartments.  While our residents reap the benefits of living just minutes away from downtown, the Denver Botanic Gardens, as well as countless other human playgrounds, their energetic pets are able to see their favorite playground through their own front windows!  Working downtown and living close-by, yet having the luxury of unwinding with a peaceful nighttime walk through City Park with a blissful tail wagging alongside, is just one of the many reasons both our residents and their pets alike are happy to call 3400 Apartments home!

We welcome up to two of your beloved pets to join you in your new home, but realize they can be messy! Therefore, a fee will be assessed for all furry friends.

Our pet fees are as follows:
 - Dogs: $300 fee assessed at move-in and $30 per month.
 - Cats: $200 fee assessed at move-in and $20 per month.
