RedPeak Properties Appoints Jonathan Brahmer as Investment Director

DENVER – December 16, 2008 – RedPeak Properties, one of the most respected apartment owners, acquirers and developers in Denver, announced today that Jonathan Brahmer has joined its team as Investment Director. In this role, Mr. Brahmer is responsible for the company’s investment and acquisition activities.

Prior to joining RedPeak, Mr. Brahmer was vice president – Commercial Real Estate for Q10 | Essex Financial Group, the largest independently owned commercial mortgage banking firm in Colorado. During his six-year tenure, Mr. Brahmer was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring permanent and development debt and equity financing for commercial and multifamily properties.
