Known for its walkable neighborhood,  historic homes and businesses, Uptown is the gateway to the City and to Downtown Denver.  RedPeak strives to provide quality apartments homes where people want to work, eat and shop, so we are excited to announce our plans of developing The Residences at 19th & Logan.  

These incredible homes will be located on the block between 18th & 19th and Logan & Pennsylvania across from Las Delicias Restaurant.    The community will include 4 separate buildings which will also include commercial space for retails shops and restaurants for the community to enjoy.  In the spirit of RedPeak being a local Colorado company, each of the buildings will be named after a Denver city park: Congress, Observatory, Washington, Benedict and Commons. Each will have its own look and unique feel.

With sustainability as a priority, we are also seeking LEED Silver Certification for this project.  The requirements in design and construction to meet LEED standards help our project achieve a key goal of RedPeak’s sustainable drive, to strike a balance between People, Planet, and Profits.
